Job Description
- Conduct proactive telephone sales presentations to top tier advisors highlighting IWM products and value proposition,
- Demonstrate organized, efficient and effective territory management and phone skills on a consistent basis,
- Effectively profile advisors to understand their practice, clients and investment process to identify needs and to position IWM products and services to meet those needs,
- Provide portfolio construction and practice management support to financial advisors to help them strengthen their client relationships and grow their business,
- Execute consistent follow-up with advisors to advance the sales process and deepen advisor relationships,
- Retain long-term clients by providing value through effective and continuous communication, intelligent advice and suitable investment recommendations,
- Provide feedback and ideas that contribute to the increase in monthly lead flow.
Qualifications
- Financial service industry, education and sales experience preferred,
- Strategic mindset and timely administrating of sales plans, call reports and marketing initiatives,
- Excellent (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills required,
- Series 65 license highly desired,
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude and high degree of integrity and loyalty,
- 3 years minimum experience
- San Francisco 49ers fan a plus.
