Business Development Manager (Agency or Investment Linked Business) recruitment
Location: Alexandra (CBD for Investment Linked Business)
Roles Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target set for specific portfolio within the agency channel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency force to foster and build sales growth; Increase visibility and motivate agency force to sell.
- Meet activity goals identified by the department
- Provide necessary support for respective districts in product, operations and training
- Manage/track campaigns and challenges and identify trends on abnormalities
- Ensure constant engagement with districts on clear action plan to develop and increase activities and production and monitor/track production of districts
- To take on a product specialization function
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma holder with CGI, HI, M5, M9 certification
- At least 1 year of business development and/or account management experience in the insurance, banking or finance industry
- Good working knowledge of insurance products preferred
- Targets oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a highly fast paced environment
- Creative with campaigns
- Excellent written and communication skills
