Business Development Manager, Bahrain recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Receive enquiries from distribution and deliver need based product advice to Advisors and Clients.
- Develop a full understanding of the Praktora system for speedy and effective generation of quotations for business enquiries.
- Contribute to general Insurance sales models for market sector penetration, considering the local market conditions and practices.
- Maintain a constructive business environment promoting open exchange, team contribution, and mutual support of Company goals and objectives.
- Collect and follow up on all outstanding premiums as well as prepare a monthly report of business closed, business in the pipeline and premiums collected.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in all lines of general Insurance in the Insurance industry in the GCC, though experience in the Bahrain market will be an advantage.
- University degree in Insurance, ideally, CII Certificate in General Insurance.
- Fluent communication with sound technical skills in General Insurance.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
