Camelot Europe is looking for an experienced high-potential business sales professional to help further boost the volume growth of its Belgium branch. You will work from the Brussels office and focus on the Brussel - and Walloon area. This position can lead to the role of Director.

Since the properties are occupied, this results in 24/7 property protection and the risk of them being vandalized and/or squatted is minimized.

Camelot provides its property management and protection services to institutional investors which include city and county councils, property developers, construction company banks, the MOD and housing associations. Job description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years proven track record in developing and managing a sales area. He/she is Sales Driven and Target Focused. You must have experience in implementing marketing strategies, preparing and conducting presentations to potential clients, have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals and be profit responsible. You must also be a team player, a professional who leads by example, with great attention to detail as well as a strong grasp of the bigger picture. Working with sophisticated CRM software is like a daily routine for you.

You will need to demonstrate that you are both consistently pro-active and entrepreneurial, but also have the ability to work within defined parameters and deliver against agreed commitments. You will need to be comfortable working effectively within a small team environment and reporting directly to the COO.

Requirements:

University degree, MBA/MSc preferred;

 Minimum of 5 years work experience with 3 years related to client relationship sales management – Facility Services Sales Experience is considered to be an advantage;

 Superior presentation, communication and influencing skills;

 Ability to negotiate contracts and work with solicitors to close contracts;

 Providing effective line management, leadership and motivation;

 Strong partner communication skills with ability to work independently or cross functionally to resolve issues quickly and effectively;

 Fluent in French and Dutch, skilled in English;

 Taking full budgetary and PL responsibility;

 Minimum of 2 month training in London and Amsterdam is necessary.
