Essential skills:
Experience in the Auto ID industry with a clear understanding of current trends and dynamics within the market.
Experience of leading initiatives and developing “go to market” sales plans in a Solutions environment.
Experience of working with and building strong relationships with sales teams both internal and with partners
Experience of developing Partner Distribution friendly products and services
Knowledge and experience of Account planning and large account sales methodologies – CRM systems
Proven track record both as an individual contributor and in management leadership positions.
Key People management skills - Experience of coaching and mentoring in a direct and matrix management structure
Experience of ‘C’ level multi level selling into major businesses and institutions
A data driven analytical approach balanced with creativity and innovation
Negotiation and objection handling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
Fluent in English, other European language will be a plus

Main Tasks:
Develop and own the IGS business in EMEA – Build the delivery and business development teams in the EMEA region for the key main countries (Germany / UK/ France Spain).
Work closely with the US product and IGS management team to bring to the EMEA market completed and market ready products and services
Ownership of delivering the key initiatives for the IGS business and also develop partnerships in the local countries in order to put in place a structure and platform for the growth of IGS Services in EMEA.
Ownership of the IGS financial plan for EMEA – Delivery against the revenue and margin targets for the EMEA IGS Service and software business.
Working with the Sales Management team to develop and manage the IGS Country Plans for the individual countries in EMEA through the IGS Team Structure
Develop plans to support the various IGS business streams with the key EMEA Platinum partners in the major EMEA Countries working with and through the local in Country IGS Managers
As part of the IGS Global leadership team help to develop the strategies / tactical plans to develop the IGS Global Business in line with the overall IGS strategy

Negotiation / leadership skills Put in place the key resources in country with local in country financial / development goals.
Set up of agreed plans for the key main countries (Germany / UK / France and Spain) with key mile stones and deliverables throughout the year.
Measurements to be based on monthly and quarterly targets.
Ongoing Management of the IGS dedicated resources both at a country level and an EHQ level – Put in place clear role profiles / objectives and development plans - review progress during the year.

Develop relationships and growth plans for IGS Services and solutions with key Platinum partners across EMEA
