Business Development Manager – Financial Data Sales recruitment
This high profile American MNC is a leading source of intelligence information for businesses and professionals globally. They provide expertise and technology to deliver critical information to leading decision makers across all industries. They’re currently seeking an experienced business development manager to develop their business with the Investment Management Investment Banks across North Asia.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will primarily be responsible for indentifying and closing new business, maintaining existing account relationships and growing existing business. You will assess the market place for new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with senior members of current and potential client organizations, develop a strong understanding of the financial markets and influence client decisions and negotiate win-win solutions. You will mentor account managers, analyze client usage trends and turn client feedback into actionable strategies.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years solid financial data sales experience gained from the region. You will have a strong network of contacts within financial services and have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be degree qualified, presentable and be fluent in written spoken English. You will have had strong exposure to the investment banking and investment management industries in Greater china.
