Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial individual with big 4 or corporate finance or similar professional services background, who would like to take upon and manage an exciting business development project in UK/Europe regions. This is a great opportunity for someone very ambitious, who would like to be instrumental in the growth of a global and established service company. Now this is your chance!

You will be prospecting  the UK/Europe markets (offshore zones and financial centers like London, Geneva, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Malta, Cyprus, Gibraltar) in order to find growth opportunities (corporate and trust service providers and professional resellers) which might be worth acquiring or entering in partnership with. You will be based in London, but will travel extensively across the UK/Europe to meet the decision makers of the companies, evaluate the opportunities for development and negotiate the deals. Your task will be to find number of well-established businesses (Corporate and trust services, resellers, asset management and tax consulting companies) and convincing them to enter into a new holding with better business outlook. Then with the support of the team you will be managing the project in order to finalise and close the transactions.

What we are looking in a candidate for this opportunity is:

- At least 5 years in client-facing managerial role;

- Strong sales and business development skills;

- Corporate finance or legal background from corporate and/or professional services industry;

- Responsible and accurate approach;

- Great communicator and strategic thinker;

- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and closing MA transactions in a plus.

The salary is negotiable and fully depends on experience.
Structure: salary + commission for each singed and executed deal.
