What's in it for you?
In your new role as Business Development Manager you will receive a competitive Base Salary of $70,000 - $90,000 (Neg) + Super + $15,000 Car Allowance + Commission. You will be have a Flexible and Autonomous role, your main task will be to maintain existing business as well as developing new accounts, to assist in increasing sales. Working closely with the National Sales Manager who has a wealth of knowledge in the industry, you will receive huge support and continuous training to aid maximum returns.
What you will be doing:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be working with a carefully selected team, chosen for their knowledge and experience in this field. You will build strong customer relationships and develop a strong understanding of their needs in order to increase sales. You will continuously seek and maintain knowledge on new products, competitor products and other general market activities.

You will be working for a business that not only targets local territories, but does business throughout Australia and New Zealand. You will be working close to the National Sales Manager of Australia, who promotes continuous training in order to develop yourself and further your knowledge, to become a leading specialist in the field.
What you must have to apply for this role:
- You must be Sales driven with a proven track record
- Very good strong communication skills
- Some Experience in selling in the Industry
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Have 2 Years Experience, ideally within the textiles trade.
- Relevant Qualification in the Industry.
- Local Architect Designer Contacts.
