Business Development Manager – Germany and Austria areas based in Luxembourg recruitment

is mainly in charge of increasing revenue, through the development of new client relationships and enhancement of selling additional products and services to existing clients. Moreover, he / she is globally responsible for the stability of the client relationship for his / her clients.

He / she ensures the appropriate level of interaction with the Business Development teams of his / her zone working in all CACEIS entities and with Relationship Managers in charge of his / her clients, in order to get the adequate information to develop and maintain the commercial relationship with the client.

The BDM ensures that the client is compliant with the Bank’s requirements when entering into the business relationship, and ensures stategic knowledge of the client while served by CACEIS (shareholding, organisation, structure, strategy, projects, contacts, services provided…)

Skills and Qualities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the fund industry and financial markets participants

• Comprehensive knowledge of activities and functions linked to Fund Administration and Custodian Bank

• Comprehensive knowledge of CACEIS product range

• Good knowledge of German and Austrian Asset Management industry

• Willingness and a sincere interest to travel to Germany/ Austria on a regular basis

• Negociation skills.

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

• Strict sense of professional ethics.

• Client service focus


Experience needed :

• 3-6 years experience in Sales/ Business Development or a respective Relationship Management function with a strong Sales approach of an Asset Servicing Provider

• Working experience with a french/ belgian provider


Languages:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)

• Fluent in French (written and spoken)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)


Education:

• University degree in BA/ Economics/ Law
