Business Development Manager – Greater China recruitment
Purpose:
Target territory will be Banking Financial Services Sector in Greater China. Your primary focus will be to close new projects into new customer accounts and client management.
Essential Job Functions:
• Be the business driver and penetrate new accounts and meet with stakeholders (C level) within accounts selling large-scale collaboration into the marketplace.
• Demonstrate success with a year over year track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into large enterprises.
• Experience with selling to large enterprises in Banking Financial Services Sector in Greater China Market Markets
• Build key management relationships with focus on new opportunities, customer success, and satisfaction, resulting in reference able accounts and positive brand/company awareness.
• Lead in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition
• Enhance personal business services selling skills and highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
Skills
- Strong experience in Solution Selling or selling products like network connectivity.
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and interaction with internal/external customers
- Experience developing and presenting clear and concise sales briefings/meetings
- Team player and able to take direction from Sales Management
- Ability to understand customers’ business, needs, challenges and expectations
- Shows personal commitment, strong leadership skills and experienced in working in a collaborative environment
- Is target and success orientated
- Is ready to constantly develop his / her skills, qualifications, knowledge and personality (learning orientation)
Education and Experience
• BA/BS degree. MBA Degree from reputed institution an added advantage
• Qualified candidates will have 8 – 12 years prior experience selling services, specifically into targeted new name accounts.
• Demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding quota and have achieved premium sales "club" recognition.
• An action and results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration. An ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills.
• The successful candidate’s background will include having established and executed call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions and effectively executed account strategies.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse global environment.
• Proven ability to lead a cross functional team and lead through influence
