You have the opportunity to join an advanced and highly regarded organisation that is actively expanding their sales force in your area. In this key business development role, you will be awarded with a starting Base Salary of $60,000 - 65,000 (negotiable dependant on experience) + Super + Commission + Car Allowance, which would equate to around $100,000 as an overall package. Additionally, you will receive a company mobile and laptop.
What will you be doing?
In your role as Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identify and securing new business growth for the company’s range of high end products, as well as the retention and further development of existing client relationships across the Design Build space throughout Victoria. Additionally, with your technical focus, you will cement further relations with architects, designers, builders as well as end users in the Government, Corporate and Education markets.

What you must have to apply for this role?
- An tenacious, hungry and driven Business Development Specialist in the construction sector
- Regular connections with builders, specifiers, architects, developers and designers
- Familiarity with quality design interior products, or have an appreciation of them
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Worked within a team orientated environment in the past
- Understanding of computer software such as CAD
- Proficient sales and marketing skills
