The Role
The successful candidate will be expected to develop Retronix into the market leader in recovery of ICs for reuse
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a successful track record in developing business at a corporate level within the Contract Electronics Manufacturing Market (EMS) and/or the Electronics After Market Services (AMS)
The person will demonstrate the skills and commitment to develop and lead the organisation at a senior level and have the ability and contacts to set up a US wide network partners
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the firm’s US business development strategy
- Set up and manage a sales agent network in the USA to deliver sales targets
- Market the Retronix process directly to corporate for worldwide implementation
- To develop the brand and market recognition of the firm through multiple sales channels
- Along with the head office, identifying key target clients and looking at innovative ways of developing relationships with them
- Attending / organising appropriate events/seminars
- Maintain strong knowledge of competitor activity reporting comparable performance to the head office.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of customer and potential customer activity, positioning the business for maximum opportunity
- Establish aggressive but realistic short, medium and long term business plans, setting out revenue and profitability targets
- Maintain on-going review and revision of business goals and objectives in response to trading conditions
The candidate will have:
· Extensive knowledge of the US electronics manufacturing landscape
· Previous dealings at VP level within manufacturing, quality and purchasing departments
· The ability to set up a US business development network
· The ability to manage a US business development network.
This is a senior post within the Retronix organisation and as such the appropriate package with offered to the correct candidate depending on experience.
