The successful New Business Manager will also combine their sales role with exceptional account management; dealing with SME's up to corporate level clients and must be confident of managing "their" event team at live charitable events.
The ideal Business Development Manager will:
• Have a proven track record of success in previous sales role(s)
• A willingness to combine a new business development role with client retention and development.
• Be highly consultative with a strong understanding of the sales process from initial lead generation to product presentation and closing skills
• Possess exceptional face to face sales and negotiation skills
• Have strong rapport building skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
• Have a positive and outgoing personality
• Intelligent, corporate and professional you will be a graduate calibre candidate looking for a genuine career opportunity.
