A little about the role:
Inspire IT requires an enthusiastic Business Development Manager who is eager to progress their sales career selling compelling IT Support agreements, Telecommunications and Hosting solutions. This role could be a perfect transition into ITT sales from another industry or a step up in the ITT industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and initiate contact with prospective clients, including cold calling
- Identify and qualify opportunities and prepare proposals for our clients
- Manage the sales engagement including technical presales through to a positive outcome
- Determination and eradication of pain points and objections in the sales process
- Engage executives in order to influence decision making
- Liaise with other team members to define objectives and goals
A little about you:
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experience in B2B sales in the professional services industry where you have had to design and implement sales strategies is a must. IT Industry Knowledge is preferable
- An exceptional ability to uncover pain points, objectives and sales drivers
- The ability to be a natural sales “hunter”
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and drive with a results orientation
- A strong client focus with a professional attitude and appearance
- Time management skills
