A leading accountancy firm is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their finance team, this will report to the Head of Financial Services and will have the aim of developing clients and supporting the partners in increasing their revenues through couching and business planning.
You will be developing sector marketing and business development strategies to support the growth plan, monitoring potential targets and managing the pipeline for that group. You will be the key contact for the partners for their development, working on their business plans and coaching them on the bid process. You will also work closely with the marketing team on the campaigns for that area and measuring the ROI.
The successful candidate will have works within professional within their finance team (banking, insurance and asset management), legal or accountancy is desirable. You will also have experience on key account plans, have coached and mentored senior people in the business and have good infusing skills.
