We currently have an opportunity for a highly experienced Business Development Manager

The Role
You will be responsible but not limited to;
• Generating business with assigned SME clients and targets in line with the sales plan.
• Assuring the successful client integration.
• Providing information to BHS for “sales planning” and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence).
• Providing client and target information.
• Maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Executing sales process.
Experience Required
• Minimum 2 years experience in Retail Freight Forwarding is essential.
• Local market knowledge is a MUST (customers, competitors, suppliers).
• Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage.
• Sales experience.
• Complete understanding of PA (strategy and products).
• Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer Requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints.
• Demonstrated skills in RFQ (Request for Quote).
• Good Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
The Person
We are seeking a highly motivated BDM who can successfully meet goals, plan objectively and work against structured priorities and targets. You will have comprehensive knowledge and practice in the execution of sales processes. Demonstrated ability and understanding in managing cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISPs).
