They develop their own products so they are a vendor, the market in which they operate is booming. As an organisation they are growing very aggressively. There are 3 immediate vacancies with further growth of up to 12 more sales people in the next year.
YOU MUST HAVE/BE THE FOLLOWING- Account Manager
Consultative sales approach, lots of qualifications, gets under skin of customer.
Intelligence, Not necessarily degree educated but must be switched on and sharp.
Hunger, a real need to earn, great work ethic and stability in past employment
Good stability 2 years minimum per role.

ROLE INFORMATION- Account Manager
Selling:
You will be selling email marketing solutions based on a SaaS model. Our client is an email marketing software vendor that enables more than 1000 organisations in 26 countries to create, deliver and track meaningful email campaigns.
I big part of the solution is to enable business to make custom-designed email-templates that include the latest technology in them, such as a Micro-Site, Social Media Integration, Article commenting and rating, surveys and activity based subscriber segmentation.
Selling to:
You will be selling to any organisation, cross vertical, SME - Enterprise. Some examples of their largest clients are; 10 Downing Street, Shell, Zurich, HSBC, Barclays, Aviva
They are happy for you to proactively go out and target any organisation, if you have a particular vertical speciality then you can feel free to target that vertical. There is a lot of flexibility here, no micro-management and you need to be entrepreneurial.
Average Order Value: £350 - £500 per month Monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Target: £2.5K MRR.
Top earners: The top earner comes from a recruitment background, she hit 200% of target last year and earned well in excess of £100k. She has been with the business around 16 months.
