BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Job in England, Midlands Uk

The main purpose of the Business Development Manager role is to achieve sales and profit growth through the development of quality business relationships with all customers/potential customers in the UK.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Identification and conversion of all opportunities to profitable business in line with the Regional Development Plan
- To provide customers with quality support advice on the development of drink sales within their business
- Achieve sales/profit targets
- To champion and "manage" the team to provide the best customer service in the business to each customer
- To sell the benefits of thebusinesses trade product at every given opportunity

Who we're looking for

Skills/Knowledge/Experience: -
- Good negotiation/selling/influencing skills
- Understanding of the retail profit and loss account
- Understanding of what makes a good/successful drinks retail operation
- Prior experience of UK on-trade market is desirable.
- My client is also interested to here from retail facing candidates dealing into the multiples and larger retailers.

My Client is a well established alcoholic drinks wholesaler who is currently in their busiest period. With business going well and the company expanding they are looking for ambitious sales people with industry experience who want to grow with the company.
