Creative agency in Hertfordshire is looking for a Business Development Manager to further support their fast growth.
The agency has a constant thirst for growth so despite the studio being manic and the account handlers being stacked on existing clients, they still want more! And that's where you come in.
The agency offers a wide breadth of services both off and online with their motions graphic offering being one they feel is particularly marketable.
Joining this friendly and creative environment during a very busy time, you'll need to be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable dealing with high profile blue chips. Prior experience in motions graphics, cgi and/or broadcasting would be beneficial but not essential. However to get the best out of this role, it's advisable to have a creative agency background or to be from an environment where you understand the various on and offline disciplines - and most importantly how an agency delivers campaigns for their clients.
Either way you will have a proven background in the full new business process: from picking up the phone to presenting at pitch. Reporting straight to the Directors, you will be tasked with planning, implementing and evaluating your sales and marketing activity. Support is there but it will be up to you to proactively work with everyone in the agency, providing a targeted and results driven approach to business development.
Perfectly located, the role is commutable from the likes of Milton Keynes, Bedford, Luton and St Albans. It offers you a solid basic and decent bonus.
