SELLING: Timber Frames
SELLING TO: Architects
TERRITORY: North West (Manchester)
LOCATION: Lancashire; Merseyside; North Yorkshire; South Yorkshire
PACKAGE: Basic: £22K, OTE: £37K + 20p per mile fuel allowance + holidays

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Business Development Manager
- Must have construction Sales experience Ideally dealt with architects or have the gravitas and personality to converse with architects at all levels Could come from a fire safety, inulation or building suppliers background
- Must be Enthusiastic, interested in the product, Self Motivated Ambitious
- You must have your own car.
ROLE INFORMATION- Business Development Manager
- Generate leads through meetings with architects who focus on one off housing design for Self Build Clients.
• Presenting the TTF timber frame systems
• Highlighting the USPs of the TTF homes concentrating on insulation, air tightness, creating the warm comfortable home and energy saving
• Encouraging architects to recommend TTF and send in client plans for tendering.
Generation of Leads through exhibitions such as Self Build Shows or equivalent.
• Managing the stand
• Enter discussions with prospective clients and vetting to check status and suitability.
• Receiving plans and processing.
Sales Process
• Managing Lead through to sale
o Vet potential customers
o Build relationship with customer through meetings and site visits initially to NI
o Receive plans
o Set customer expectations
o Ensure pricing of plans in a timely manner
o Completion of quote for potential client
o Follow up on feedback from potential client
o Provide technical information when required
o Close sale
o Maintain a relationship with the client through out the build process
o Follow up on payments in line with the set payment terms
Reporting
• Providing weekly reports including
o Maintaining and updating CRM system
o Architect meetings
o Sales Pipeline
o Lead generation both number and value
Brand Development
• Provide information to allow the creation of case studies
• Fully engage with social media channels in line with TTF strategy
Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role.
