Business Developer (Forces) - As a Canadain “ForcesFocused” Business Development Manager at Monster, you become a Solution Rep, representing an unparalleled offering within the Online Recruitment Space. - It is your mandate to: Grow and develop Monster’s footprint within the Canadian SOLGEN community as part of Monster’s MGS service - Possess a strong business mind with relevant Forces acumen and experience- Have the ability to identify, uncover and address departmental needs with customized solutions built from our vast suite of sourcing and technology products. - You must also possess the ability to “Hunt”, and to develop and grow new business within the government vertical.
PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness Development- As a Manager of Canadian SOLGEN Business Development, you will be responsible for the achievement of revenue goals with key accounts within the Forces and SOLGEN vertical. -Supporting customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship; seeking customer feedback; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Build a strong symbiotic rapport with, internal business partners including MGS representatives.- Mobilizing available internal and external resources to achieve sales and organizational goals; proactively negotiating for and accessing internal resources.- Coordinate calls, meetings and presentations; create and deliver either customized or standard presentations.- Monitor account production, growth, future needs.- Follow-up with customers.- Develop effective executive calling strategies and dialogues on Monster solutions.- Communicate account plans and key customer issues to all members of the sales team.
Building Partnerships-Demonstrating government aand Forces cumen, cultivating a network with the result of earning the respect to be viewed as a trusted advisor within the Candian Forces and the SOLGEN community- Building effective working relationships with internal and external partners. - Report to Sales Management on what’s happening within the SOLGEN space and accounts as well as the general climate of the public service market.- Maneuvering within the SOLGENspace to establish relationships with key decision makers and departments with the intent to build or expand business.
Business Planning- Building, developing and managing internal relationships with key resources of the MGS teams- Work closely with the Director of Professional Services and Monster Government Business Development Director to develop a multi-year business plan for Monster Canada to successfully build a government department- Research Forces and SOLGEN activities through literature, annual reports, press releases, organization charts, financial reports, and web sites to learn as much about the Governmental priorities and political drivers as possible.- Work closely with Monster’s lobbyist group to arrange ongoing brand recognition for Monster Canada within the government space.- Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to successfully build out a pipeline of government accounts, and forecasted results against planned incremental resources- A strategic thinker who is able to develop solutions while considering available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances, and probable consequences.
