Our client, established for more than 50 years, is a leading supplier of EPOS hardware and software solutions to both retailers and the hospitality arena and has an extensive network of resellers throughout the UK.  The company is now part of a privately owned UK based software and Services Group

 

The company has evolved from its early days as a supplier of mechanical push-key cash registers to become an innovative solution provider, writing its own software and delivering bespoke solutions to end user clients in a variety of specialist retail and hospitality markets. 

 

The appointment of a Business Development Manager is part of the company’s planned and continued growth.  The person appointed will be responsible for devising a vertical market sales strategy to maximize the company’s product offering with (Tier 2) national and regional multiple end user customers and will be fully responsible for identifying, winning and managing new business with existing, new and prospective Tier 2 companies

 

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a stable and progressive career to date and have 3-5years experience selling EPOS solutions to Tier 2 end users in either retail or hospitality markets.  You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills able to present at a senior level with a good understanding of how bespoke integrated solutions benefit the end user.
