Our locally based manned guarding and security solutions company are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their ambitious team in Poole and expand their business.
The role will require the successful candidate to actively pursue potential new business within the companies target area which will require them to travel distances, consistently meet expected targets of business growth, communicate effectively with the Senior Management team at every stage of new business take up and deliver an excellent service every time.
The candidate we are looking for will have proven sales experience and be able to demonstrate what they have done for their previous employers, the ability to identify research and close new opportunities. You must also possess excellent presentation skills and be an effective communicator on all levels.
You will be required to network effectively at industry specific events and build excellent rapports with all clients.
