Develop technical solutions to highly complex problems. Independently exercise considerable latitude in determining both the technical and commercial objectives of assignments. Key member of the Solution Center management team and is responsible for meeting the financial goals of the Solution Center. Prepare detailed annual marketing plan for responsible region. Manage the sales/channel/brand relations in the Solution Center region. Prepare and present and follow-up sales proposals. Manage product/program launches and promotions. Negotiate contracts favorable to the company.
Active and integral part of the Solution Center team.
Participate in scheduling and order review meeting.
Develop, grow, and maintain orders and the margin of those orders for the Solution Center.
Work with the matrix management team responsible for the on-time delivery and quality of orders entered.
Operate harmoniously within the guidelines with all Rockwell Automation individuals, other businesses, channel, and customers.
Requires a BS Engineering degree.
Minimum of ten years technical sales and/or coordinated drive systems experience.
