BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Part-time 21 hours per week
Field Sales based role - Solihull, West Midlands
3 Days either - Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday

£19,200 - £24,200 (pro rata) + generous Car Allowance

Our client is a professional membership organisation who believe in providing their members with the highest standards of quality service. To assist with this aim they are now seeking to recruit a dynamic Business Development Manager, on a part time basis, to help us maximise growth of new business potential and increase their membership numbers.

Reporting to the Sales Marketing Manager you will have primary responsibility for promoting the organisation within the local region and will actively convince today's companies of the benefits of belonging to this leading business support organisation in order to maximise revenue and aid membership retention.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working in a Business to Business sales environment with a successful track record of achievement working with both blue chip and SME's clients. Additionally, you will be subtly persuasive with the confidence and maturity to deal with people at all levels. A commercially focussed aptitude with the ability to influence, negotiate and manage expectations of senior clients and key decision makers is essential for this role. We also need someone who is creative in developing new sales campaigns to achieve the organisation's objectives.

Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to present and relate to people at all levels, a flexible attitude and a high level of organisational ability will be key to your success.
