Our client a well established organization in the financial industry requires professional and driven Business Development Manager to join their team.  This company offers a great working environment, growth, challenge, competitive compensation and tons of perks!!!!!

 

In this role your main responsibility will be to promote, sell and build positive relationships with Financial Advisors and Representatives, as well as to seek out new business opportunities. 

 

Key Duties:

 

-sell and promote products

-develop annual sales plans and meet sales objectives

-develop strategies to increase sales

-prepare presentations

-assist with the development of new products and services

-identify marketing opportunities

 

The ideal candidate will posses formal education and have a minimum of 4 years of financial services sales experience, an understanding of the industry channels such as MFDA and MGA and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.   You will also have previous business development experience, excellent communication skills, a good ability to multi task and meet deadlines.  Additionally you will be a motivated and eager self starter who is highly customer focused.  Travel is required.
