Business Development Manager – Macquarie WRAP – Melbourne based recruitment
Macquarie Adviser Services (MAS), a division of Macquarie's Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Group, manages relationships with external financial intermediaries and provides sales service and product management of in-house and external products. This includes cash products, such as the Macquarie Cash Management Account, the Macquarie Wrap administration service, Macquarie Mortgages, superannuation and Life Insurance.
Based in Melbourne, and reporting to the Head of Sales for Platforms, we are searching for a successful, driven and passionate Business Development Manager to promote our platform products (Macquarie WRAP) to the intermediary market (IFA/Dealer Groups) in VIC.
Your primary success factors as a BDM within our team will revolve around the following aspects:
- Profitability: new business, growth, cost management, FUM
- Sales management: activity, process execution, lead generation
- Risk management: training, record keeping, contracts/agreements

Your success is determined by both your individual success and the success of the greater business!
What are we looking for?
Applicants will be appropriately qualified and have relevant experience in a business development role within the financial services industry, and ideally, dealing with dealer groups and independent financial advisers (intermediaries).
