What you will be doing:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to sell on line advertising/marketing HR and recruitment solutions to Managing Directors, HR Directors, HR Managers, Business Owners and Middle Management. You will be responsible for targeting and ultimately winning new business opportunities, identifying business while focusing on the corporate market. You will be the face of the company and target companies across the Melbourne CBD and outer suburbs.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- A proven track record in new Business Development
- A results orientated sales approach
- Strong client focus/care
- A history of consistently achieving sales budget
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Solid business to business sales experience
- Experience selling to HR Managers within the retail and hospitality sector
- Online advertising sales or recruitment experience
- A degree or tertiary qualifications
