Business Development Manager, Online Exchange Platform recruitment

 Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with a select number of key accounts, that require day-to-day interaction spanning from hands on to strategic decisions.

Business planning and strategy to drive QonQ and YonY growth of revenues, client penetration and share of wallet

Building strong relationships with individuals who use and benefit from the exchange’s technology, services and community is crucial.

Effective management of the sales renewal pipeline - Clear 30/60/90 day pipeline projections and ownership of the overall tactical plan to drive the required increases against agreed KPI’s

Provide advice and ideas on proper campaign management, best practices, sales guidance, as well as making certain that client management understands the strategic benefits of using the online exchange platform’s products and services as intended. 

First class client facing skills are essential in order to ensure effective client and stakeholder management.

Competencies:

BA/BS degree

Exposure to the internet advertising market in any meaningful capacity

Proven experience educating clients on best practices for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency

Prior experience with Ad servers is a must

Ability to take ownership of problems Well developed skills as a hands-on consultant

Outstanding verbal and written communication

Ability to build strong relationships at senior management level

Takes responsibility for own development.

Computer literate including in depth working knowledge of internet

Strategic thinker

Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

Organized and plans work

Fluency in both English and Japanese is essential for this role
