BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER PRINTING SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES Job in Milan, Lombardia Italy

Il nostro cliente: Our Client is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of printing and imaging solutions for offices and homes.

Descrizione: The candidate, reporting directly to the Service Solution Sales Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

- To find new opportunites of business and new Clients ("hunting activities" in order to enlarge the client base)

- To secure the ongoing revenue and profitability of existing Diamond accounts (up selling and cross selling)

- To develop new revenue streams involving Services within those accounts and existing nominated accounts

- To target and establish a relationship with key contacts within the customer who are in a position of influence and make strategic decisions regarding managed Services within those nominated accounts

- To promote a positive image of the Company amongst existing and potential clients making them all aware of the companies capabilities

- To produce a systematic approach for all contracts with activity planned at key moments during the life of the contract

- To produce the Account planning and relationship mapping, working closely with the Customer Focus Team

- To develop and sustain working relationships with personnel on site and in the office ensuring high standards in operations are achieved at all times

- To assist Customer Operations Manager in managing Partners and Suppliers

- To attend regular reviews with the Manager to discuss performance achieved against Plan, supported by the necessary management information.

Profilo ricercato: - Strong Negotiating Consultative Selling skills with minimum 5/7 years field experience in selling Services that are tailor made for each Client (the candidate has to be used to sell long term projects).

- Skills in Relations Mapping and identifying decision making factors.

- Skills in Building Strong Customer Relationship at every level of the Organization.

- Skills in analyzing business practices/processes.

- Knowledge of relevant market and customer business.

- Knowledge of basic financial concepts.

- Skills in analysing organisational charts.

- Project Development Project Management skills.

- Fluency in English (written and oral).
