Business Development Manager – Sell Side Research recruitment
This high profile MNC is a leading source of intelligence information for businesses and professionals globally. They’re currently seeking an experienced business development manager to sell their highly sought after sell side research product to banks predominantly in Kong Kong.
Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will primarily be responsible for identifying and closing new business, maintaining existing account relationships and growing existing business. You will assess the market place for new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with senior members of current and potential client organizations, develop a strong understanding of the financial markets and influence client decisions and negotiate win-win solutions. You will mentor account managers, analyze client usage trends and turn client feedback into actionable strategies. This is a hunter/new business position.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years solid financial data sales experience gained from the region. You will have a strong network of contacts within the sell side in Hong Kong and have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. You will be degree qualified, presentable and be fluent in written spoken English.
