Business Development Manager, South Australia
CAN YOU drive and increase sales of CommInsure's Retail Advice Insurance products through adviser channels?
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional to join the Retail Advice Sales team based in Adelaide. In this role you will be responsible for achieving State New Business sales targets of the CommInsure products and expand the distribution capacity with new appointments of advisers to CommInsure.
Key result areas:
- Development and implementation of state sales activity strategies and business plan
- Movement growth of advisers through the segmentation model to improve production per adviser
- Minimum of 12 face to face contacts per week with highly rated advisers that are either existing advisers or potential new advisers
- Average of 27 proactive / reactive telephone meetings per week with highly rated advisers that are either existing advisers or potential new advisers
- Build relationships with financial advisers, network advisers, accountants and other centres of influence. Expand distribution capacity. Develop and implement NMG account management style.
You will have:
- PS146 Compliant
- Completed Diploma of Financial Planning
- Understanding of industry environment including legislative, technical and market
- Solid business development and influencing experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
