Business Development Manager (Tax & Accounting) recruitment
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cold calling to initiate contact with potential
clients; - Arrange client / prospective client interactions, i.e. product
demonstrations, reference site meetings, etc.; - Make presentations on the software products to prospective
clients; - Identify client needs and tailor a proposed solution to meet
such needs; - Follow up with prospective clients and obtain client
acceptance; - Interact with the development, implementation and support staff
to increase understanding of the products and feedback client
suggestions; - Demonstrate excellent product knowledge;
- Achievement of financial targets.
Skills
- Financial Degree
- 5 - 10 years sales experience
Experience/knowledge/attributes:
- Self-starter with personal drive and high levels of
resilience - Numerate and good problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Must be service oriented, with excellent follow through skills
and high attention to detail - Should be able to interact effectively with senior financial
personnel in client organizations - Extensive business development experience with software
services/products - Product training will be provided
