Business Development (MPF / Group Medical) – Assistant Manager / Manager for Agency Channel recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Meet regularly with agents to identify sales opportunities and advise on strategies to secure business
- Explore referral opportunities and lead generation to appropriate distribution channels to maximize company’s revenue
- Explore cross-channels sales and referrals via networking
- Coordinate training plans for agency force
- Involve in any ad hoc sales programs and activities
- To support the overall Corporate sales target by driving the partners to meet assigned target
- Complete the sales fulfillment process as appropriate
- Establish good rapport and maintain relationship with agents, handling sales enquiries and provide support to front line sellers
- Assist team manager on coaching new joiner
- Deliver training programs with emphases on Pension products selling techniques as well as products and systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- MPF license is essential
- Preferred to be qualified IIQAS
- LOMA qualifications or SFC license would be an advantage
- Mature, independent and outgoing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and attentive to details
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Good PC skill in MS office, including Words, Excel and Power Point
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
