Our client is a skills academy which exists to increase skills and competence across the UK process industry sector. An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Relationship Manager to join them.
If you have experience of working for or with a training provider, this is a superb opportunity to join a leading skills academy where you'll benefit from ongoing training and support.
As a Business Development Relationship Manager, you will work as part of a team managing a national network of quality training providers. You will aim to meet the technical and broad skills needs of employers in the process industries including both biotechnology and composites technologies throughout the South of England.
You will approach training providers and offer them the chance to become accredited providers of our client. Once recruited, you will work with providers to produce development plans to include course promotions and developments to enhance their impact into the sector. It is expected that over a short period of time, you will increase the network membership.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have experience of working for or with a training provider. Equally important is your creative flair, analytical abilities, motivation, passion and first class interpersonal skills.
The ideal Business Development Relationship Manager will have experience gained in the process industry, such as pharmaceutical, chemical or polymers. Project management experience would also be of benefit.
