Basic Qualifications:
- Candidates should have a degree in either engineering or similar technical field (Advanced Degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of DoD program management and capture management responsibilities with having successfully lead at least one major ($100M) capture opportunity.
- Candidates should possess full knowledge of the federal procurement and DOD Programming and Budgeting processes across the Army, Navy and Air Force as well as a strong, proven capability to apply process-driven capture approaches throughout the business capture processes.
- Minimum security clearance: Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Security Clearance Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity and contacts with the IMS major customers (Navy, Air Force, Arms, and DoD Agencies) is a plus.
