The Role

Working within an extremely dynamic and fast-paced sales team, you will be distributing investment products through IFA's

Outbound telephone calls to build and maintain relationships or schedule meetings

Provide point of contact for all inbound Financial Advisers queries 

Provide an exceptional level of customer service 

Implement new sales and marketing campaigns

Build new relationships with prospective companies

Help educate financial advisers and empower them to solve their client's needs and to develop their businesses

Enhance and develop existing relationships to increase business levels

Support existing and prospective client firms over the telephone

Focus on developing long term relationships that deliver.

Arrange client meetings for External BDMs

Provide support to EBMs and their clients

Run 1-2-1 meetings with IFAs

Presentations to IFAs

Attend and support IFA and industry conferences / seminars, as requested

Skills / Experience

Excellent academic background

Exceptional sales and relationship management skills

Strong service ethics, a passion for delivering excellent customer service

A strong work ethic

Dynamic and entrepreneurial, a willingness to impact the business and make positive contributions

Financial service experience not essential
