Pitney Bowes Software is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue by selling enterprise software s olutions specifically to social media and high technology companies. The position will accomplish growth by executing solution based selling, strategic deployment of resources and spearheading the penetration of Pitney Bowes Software throughout a named account list. This person will be expected to consistently meet or exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue quotas. This position can work remotely from a home office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct discovery meetings, deliver presentations and create proposals to sell Pitney Bowes Software to a named account list. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads in Salesforce.com through a combination of activities including prospecting, collaboratively engaging the sales generalists from the PBS Division. Develop strong base of Pitney Bowes Software knowledge. Understand the value of Pitney Bowes software and pricing. Develop a level of expertise relating to solution selling to social media and high technology companies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
