Our client is a leading provider of software solutions to both the public and private sectors. Available solutions including CRM applications, accounting and legal solutions and specialist business software tailored to meet the individual and specific needs of various vertical markets. Due to continued growth in the construction sector they now require a home based Business Development Manager to deliver new revenue across a large London to Birmingham based territory.
As an experienced, client facing, technology sales professional you will sell across our client’s portfolio of construction related software solutions. Sales will come from new accounts, which you will win through a short and swift sales cycle. This role will require to identify, qualify and close opportunities, utilise company generated leads and deliver upon realistic and achievable targets. The ideal Candidate will be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience gained selling technology services or solutions. Candidates must be results-driven with ability to sell and project a positive and professional attitude. The successful candidate must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients through all available mediums and have a proven ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales with short sales cycles.
The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary circa 35k with an uncapped 65k OTE plus an additional benefits package including a generous car allowance.
