Role
As the Business Development Specialist, the person will be expected to deliver the following:
- Strategy Execution
- Responsible for TREL (Transaction, Revenue Locations) in the assigned Regions
- Relationship management (Agents) – Build and manage relationships with agents in order to maximize business drives/TREL growth in the SBU (Strategic business unit).
- New relationship/opportunity - Continuously explores/identifies new business opportunities thru new relationships/consumer opportunity mapping
- Operations - Work with operations team to ensure effective support is delivered to agents and the network
- Marketing - Partnering with central marketing team to ensure ATL effectiveness in the region. Planning and executing BTL activities within the SBU to ensure customer acquisition, brand awareness and brand loyalty. Including accountability for ROI on regional budgets regional budgets
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications with at least minimum 3 years Key Account Management experience in Banking, Insurance or Telecommunication industry. Strong skills in business development, partnership and acquisition management is a must as is excellent knowledge in business analysis and planning. You will have fluent language skills in English as well as excellent communication skills.
