We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Tax Analyst to join Market and Finance Services (MFS) in London. The MFS Business Development department is an integral business area responsible for providing and maintaining client business in all MFS products. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high profile department and you will be responsible for providing securities lending trade structuring, from the perspective of the underlying fund domicile, to support the business. You will be responsible for market tax research analysis; in-depth analysis of fund status/domicile and tax matrices; working globally with the tax and legal departments. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst being responsible for ensuring that data is accurate and correct at all times. In addition, you must have confident communication skills as you will be required to liaise with Senior Management, Tax specialists, Heads of Trading and Legal. Key Responsibilities include:

Applications are welcomed from candidates with relevant experience working within a Tax department within financial services or an accounting firm. A degree in Maths, Economics or Business would be beneficial; CFA qualifications would be desirable.
