My client, a well established Design Print Agency based in Hertfordshire, is currently looking for a highly creative Business Development/Field Sales Executive to sell their creative services to SME clients. Paying an attractive flexible salary of £25,000-35,000 basic + car allowance and an uncapped commission scheme this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your strong creativity flair in a client-facing sales role.
This wonderful family-run business is made up of 4 operating companies and prides itself on constantly providing new and innovative design solutions businesses. This role is an incredibly diverse role and would allow you the autonomy of a Field Sales role with the added support of a well established team of professionals behind you. It requires someone with a creative mind and background to really offer clients the level of consultancy that they need. It also demands a tenacious and business-winning drive as they are truly looking to grow their business and the Field Sales Executive would be instrumental in this.
This role would suit an individual with a strong skill set and background in sales and a passion for all things "Creative". This role is 100% what you make of it. As the Business Development/Field Sales Executive Executive you will;
- Acquire new clients through arranging and attending meetings, selling the Design services consultatively
- Manage client accounts ensuring to up sell and cross sell across all areas of the business
- Provide full brief to designers based on client requirements and ensure that all standards are met
- Assist on pitches and presentations where necessary
- Develop excellent understanding of industry and market sectors to improve client relations and develop a network
- Provide highest level of customer/client service and maintain strong relationships
- Maintain internal and external working relationships with all areas of business
- Take part in creative thinking and present ideas within company and to clients
The Business Development/Field Sales Executive Executive will have;
- A background with either experience or qualifications in a Creative field (Design/Marketing/Advertising/Creative Services)
- Experience selling consultatively to prospective and existing clients
- Ability to win new business and open doors for the business
- A proactive and "can do" attitude.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm to assist with and express new creative ideas
- Target driven mentality and tenacity when approaching new business
- Agency Background preferred
The basic salary for this role is flexible dependent on experience and offers the additional benefits of a car allowance + uncapped commission (OTE of £60-70k is achievable)
