Business Excellence International Sales & Marketing Demand Coordinator (H/F) Job in Lausanne (Ch)
Nespresso have recently launched a Global Retail Program to support its business growth and expansion into new geographical territories. The objective of this program is to deploy a modular and scalable platform with adaptable tools and functionalities into markets according to their size, complexity and maturity level, in support of their growth and ability to deliver superior customer services. The Business Excellence team is responsible for the Global Retail Program scope and deliverables; the program aims to be delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality measures. The team mission, in conjunction with markets and headquarter functions, is to define business best practices according to a global framework, to harmonize internal processes, ensure compliance, efficiency gains and agility in delivering new products and services to market.
In this Global Retail Program and Business Excellence team context, we are currently looking for a
Reporting to the Business Excellence Sales Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will have to collect, analyze and understand the Headquarters and Market requirements. She/he will generate visibility, prioritize and validate these requests with business representatives.
Main responsibilities:
Manage business demand
- Act as single point of contact for all business requirements for Sales Marketing and ensure that they are managed according to business strategy and business objectives
- Work with the Governance Office team to ensure that all demand is logged, categorized, prioritized, analyzed and processed using the commonly agreed process using the defined tools and templates
- Ensure ongoing visibility to all Sales Marketing stakeholders and within the Business Excellence team, the Program Management team and within IT delivery teams
Retrofit SM best practices in Nespresso Markets and HQ
- Suggest improvement points to Business Excellence Sales Marketing Manager
- Participate actively in process harmonization and data standardization initiatives
Interpret and guide business requirements
- Review, consolidate and challenge business requirements to refine and ensure they are valid, aligned with business objectives, well-explained and ready to be efficiently considered by Business Excellence teams and Business Analysts colleagues
- Define and prioritize change requests based on resource availability
- Identify and coordinate appropriate people and expertise to answer high-level scoping questions and facilitate development of concrete requests for development into a business or cost case
Support development of business and cost cases
- Support analysis and business case activities associated with achieving sign-off on requested initiatives
- Support requirements gathering sessions and act as coordination and point of contact for all demand through to its submission for sign-off
- Conduct quality control on the requests sent by the business
Education experience required:
- 2 – 5 years experience in project / portfolio management
- Previous experience in Sales and Marketing within an international company
- Prior exposure to campaign management, order management, after sales services, pricing, promotion cross channel services
- Excellent planning prioritizing skills
- Ability to identify and advice on an improvement action plan
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Perseverance to ensure implementation
- Proactive and solution-finding approach
- Good IT skills and solution oriented
- Fluent in English and French
