Nespresso have recently launched a Global Retail Program to support its business growth and expansion into new geographical territories. The objective of this program is to deploy a modular and scalable platform with adaptable tools and functionalities into markets dependant on their size and maturity level, in support of their growth and ability to deliver superior customer services.
The Business Excellence team is responsible for the Global Retail Program scope and deliverables; the program aims to be delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality measures.
The team mission, in conjunction with markets and headquarter functions, is to define business best practices according to a global framework, to harmonize internal processes, ensure compliance, efficiency gains and agility in delivering new products and services to market.
In this Global Retail Program and Business Excellence team context, we are currently looking for a
He/she develops close collaboration with business stakeholders at Headquarters and at Markets’ level to ensure full representation of expertise and secure business buy in.
PROFILE
Our successful candidate will match the following skills/experiences:
Represent B2B business requirements in the Global Retail Program:
- B2B activities and satellite tools , quality and efficiency of the processes
- Contract Mgnt (included commissioning), workforce Mgnt, Maintenance Mgnt
Demand Management
- Support the demand coordinator in the demand process for B2B
- Analyse, understand, challenge, classify, gather and obtain estimate for all HQ and markets demands in conjunction with the demand coordinators and B2B stakeholders
Business Process Design:
- Model and document As-Is / To-Be business processes
- Take active part in the harmonization process
- Review designed solution during design phase and approve business requirements fulfillment
Sustain and improve retail Best practices
- Analyze existing BP, define improvements or new BP
- Document BP guidelines
- Promote and train on BP
Implementation Support:
- Define business scenario for testing and conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Contribute to data migration (cleansing and preparation for migration)
- Contribute to cutover plan
- Report integration issues or gaps in business requirements fulfillment
Training and documentation support
- Formalize, promote and ensure the respect of best practices (To-be business processes)
- Build the training material in its dedicated area to key users
- Train the key users
- Support and coordinate key users
- Provide support to the markets and to HQ regarding available tools, business processes and best practices
- Support change management operations
The person will have to have following education and profile:
- 3-5 years experience in B2B business analyses
- Knowledge of cross-channel integration
- Experience in project management
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Perseverance to ensure implementation
- Proactive and solution-finding approach
- Fluent in English (French a plus).
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Good IS / IT Skills
