Business Executive, SRM Galway

Specialised Relationship Management (SRM) provides a specialist credit-focused relationship expertise to around 8200 Business Commercial Banking customers. SRM is made up of a dedicated team of Relationship Managers managing customers identified as needing help with debt rescheduling and guidance until their business is restored to health, both on a face to face and telephony relationship basis.

As Business Executive you will assist the team in achieving a number of financial targets including income uplift, loss mitigation, as well as administer a portfolio of recoveries runway cases from the South Midlands West Region in preparation for formal handover to recoveries unit. You’ll manage customers both face to face and over the phone (on-going reviews), contribute to the achievement of team and divisional financial targets and may be required to lead and develop individual(s) within the performance and development framework.

Additionally, you’ll manage the upcoming review schedule of the portfolio and will ensure daily management of cases as appropriate / required. You’d take files from a number of SRMs in different locations and preparing them for formal handover to the recoveries unit to include following up on agreed action plans and strategies. Working with Relationship Manager’s you’ll ensure appropriate security reviews are undertaken and identify and pursue appropriate cross sales opportunities.
