Business Finance Manager – 12mth contract recruitment
Our client, one of the worlds most successful banks, is looking to further increase their business finance team within global and financial markets due to growth and increased activity. You will join a team that assists the financial markets business finance in achieving a high standard of financial information to business units.
Initially the role will be a 12 month contract, however, if the sucessful individual performs well, they will look at making the position permanent over time. The role is diverse and will involve audit follow up, presentation preparation, risk management and support.
The role involves:
- Providing necessary support to financial markets business finance team in achieving a high standard of financial information to business units
- Supporting the business controllers in management reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Business partnering and developing new ways of delivering information and presentation
- Management of realtionships between central and country finance teams
- Regular attendance to meetings and integration with stakeholders
- Acting as a chnage agent by overseeing and devel;oping new processes and ensuring efficiency
To be considered for the role you will be a qualified accountant and have had some product experience or expsoure to financial markets. Experience in MIS / business financial is preferred.
