Business Finance manager recruitment

Our client, a leading regional conglomerate has a group turnover in the region of three billion USD with over 20,000 employees worldwide. The business is divided up into a number of business groups and each has its own management teams

In this role your duties will include:

• On-going review, monitoring and reporting on business unit achievements and performance

• PL optimisation to achieve business goals and drive profitable growth

• Ownership, delivery and facilitation of the business unit’s annual plan.

• Ensure consistency in approach and presentation in line with corporate definitions.

• Lead long term development and projects to contribute positively to divisional goals

• Drive the education of commercial and financial implications within the business unit

• Promote cross learning and transfer of best practices within the business unit

• Contribute positively to the development of standards of excellence within the business unit

• Role models functional credibility

• Deliver on corporate led projects and assignments as and when required.

• Deliver business unit assignments and projects as and when required

The successful candidate should be professionally qualified (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and come from a large multinational FB or retail business. You will be commercially focused and have excellent leadership and influencing ability. Our client is specifically looking to recruit a western educated candidate
