Business Finance VP recruitment
Our client, a leading global investment management corporation, currently seeks a Business Finance VP, to be based in London.
The job title will be part of the team, and will be responsible for:
-Lead and support revenue/expense analysis and understand and articulate key business drivers.
-Maintain a deep knowledge of business performance and the competitive landscape.
-Be the lead business partners for EMEA executive management.
-Lead the annual planning process across cross functional business and finance teams.
-Identify and facilitate opportunities for cost efficiencies.
-Create a cohesive story around financial and business results. Present data in a simple and clear manner.
-Support and drive efforts to offshore resourcing.
As such, the successful Business Finance VP will have the following skills and experience:
-Significant experience in an FPA capacity with a focus on strong business partnership.
-Strong leader with ability to deliver at a high level in an extremely fast paced environment.
-Ability to effectively prioritise urgent deadlines and multiple demands.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Demonstrated track record of success and management experience.
-Qualified accountant or MBA with asset management experience is preferable
