Business Financial Manager /Relationship Manager – SME recruitment

Job Description

To pro-actively acquire new customers for the SME Banking segment, with a focus on the customer's total business needs.

Key Roles Responsibilities

* To generate new business via local sales promotions, outbound/outdoor marketing calls, presentations/seminars and referrals from different sales channels and/or alliances
* To provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations
* To conduct diligence to ensure quality of the customer before acquisition.
* To structure transaction of deals based on customer needs, and give justifications for waiver/deviations from standard pricing.
* To proactively cross-sell products and/or services from Priority Banking/Cross Border/Insurance appropriate to SME customers so as to maximise customer's relaionship to the bank
* To provide quality, efficient after sales services
* To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities
* To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager.
* To feedback customer inputs on products, pricing, processes, etc.

Qualifications Skills

* Minimum diploma holder or above
* Enterprising business acumen and strong product conceptualization abilities
* Self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
* Strong interpersonal skills, self-confidence, and enthusiasm with ability to interact well with all levels
* Strong customer-centricity, external-focused, good follow-up and multi-tasking skills
* Maturity and professionalism
