A large banking organisation is seeking a Business Implementation Manager with strong stakeholder management skills, Change, Training and Secure Access experience.

- Previous experience performing a similar role: This includes experience Demonstrated experience across a number of domains: Change Manager, Process Analyst, Training Manager, Trainer and Project Manager / Implementation Manager
- Experience authoring a minimum of 2 deliverables from each Section 1 and 2. Experience authoring a minimum of 1 deliverable from each section of Section 3, 4, 5 and 6
- Extensive Stakeholder engagement and manage experience
- Previous experience working across Boarders. This includes working with customers from various backgrounds, appreciation of cultural differences and the impact these can have on project implementations
- Previous experience facilitating workshops / large meetings (+10 plus)
- Previous experience managing Vendor delivery
